Access and Accounts: employee onboarding/offboarding, new access to departmental software, or application access issues

Application Support: request application support, request a new configuration for your departmental application, or request software installation

Device Support: get help for computer issues, request new computer setups, or ask general IT questions

Equipment Request: request short-term use of tablets and laptops, or get help selecting new equipment for purchase

Alternatively, you may also visit our support portal homepage. Sign-in using your Mason netid and password to access a list of our services, select the appropriate service type, and then click the “Request Service” button to submit your ticket to the UL Technology Services team.
